The client, having relocated to an existing industrial building, needed to reorganize the spaces to better suit their production needs and align with their corporate image.

The offices were redesigned, accompanied by the creation of a new entrance hall and meeting rooms.

Given the difference in level between the interior and exterior, the entrance was completely reimagined with the addition of a ramp sheltered by a canopy. This intervention not only eliminates architectural barriers but also serves as a distinctive feature that defines the main façade of the building. The ramp, steps, and canopy, constructed from metal and stone, are integrated into a cohesive architectural element, becoming a recognizable symbol of the company’s identity on the urban-facing front.

On the southern side, the façade was redesigned to include a new loading and unloading bay, along with vertical windows. These new features were carefully planned to enhance the natural lighting in the warehouses, combining functionality with aesthetics and elevating the overall appearance of the building.
