The intervention involves the construction of a second residential volume within the same lot as the main residence, located in a hilly area characterized by a strong connection to the landscape.
The site layout aims to minimize the visual impact on the natural context. To this end, the building is partially embedded in the terrain, positioned approximately four meters lower than the existing volume.
The green roof, visible from the pre-existing residence, helps maintain the perceived continuity of the landscape, offering a sense that nothing has changed.

Access was created by cutting into the retaining wall along the urban road. Excavation of the hillside allowed for the arrangement of a functional sequence that includes a pedestrian entrance, garage, and technical rooms on the lower level, directly connected to the living spaces above.

The project redefines the visual relationships across the site through an overall recalibration of views and outdoor spaces, fostering a unified dialogue between architecture and landscape.

The materials used for the interiors — stone, wood, and glass — reflect those of the external finishes, establishing a coherent dialogue between inside and outside, materiality and landscape.
